Over 8 weekly classes at Northern Beaches Community College, Brookvale you will discover the simplicity of a 3 minute mindfulness exercise, relaxing visualisations and guided meditations to clear your mind, rest your body and nourish your soul. Each meditation is created specifically for the group by professional meditation instructor, Samantha Avery.
